This Valencian cava is made from the Garnacha variety and from vineyards certified in Organic Agriculture
It has been more than 10 months at 15ºC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light. Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and finesse in its bubble.
Alcoholic degree: 12% vol.
Residual Sugars: 9 g / L
It is a pale pink cava, very intense and with great aromatic complexity. On the nose it offers primary aromas, characteristic of a delicate rosé cava, showing the subtlety of violets and roses in combination with ripe red fruits. On the palate it is smooth, very creamy, fresh and elegant.
Balanced acidity, with slight hints of rye bread and a long finish.
This cava is ideal to be enjoyed throughout the meal. Its creaminess in the mouth prevents it from saturating the palate. Being especially suitable for salted, pickled and fish.
It is recommended to consume at 6 - 8 ºC
