This cava has been made with a selection of the best white grapes from Requena, seeking greater complexity by combining clusters from different edaphoclimatic zones in the same product.

It has been gently pressed. Remaining only with the noblest fraction of the must in order to achieve the finesse that this Cava expresses. In addition, the first fermentation and the second (in the bottle) have been carried out at low temperature (16 ºC) seeking a fruity and floral aromatic range so characteristic of this Valencian Cava.

The expedition liqueur that we have used has been made with the same base wine with which the second fermentation was carried out, seeking to respect the original characteristics of this Cava.

Organoleptic characteristics

Pale yellow cava with greenish tones, bright, with fine bubbles and persistent foam. On the nose it displays intense aromas of pear and apple with notes of lime and white flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, with a very well integrated acidity, leaving a long and elegant floral taste.

Pairing

This is a complex cava, which encourages a second sip. That is why it is recommended to taste it throughout the meal. It is ideal to accompany all kinds of fish, shellfish and rice dishes. It is also unique when it complements a good well-marinated meat carpaccio or together with maki or sashimi..

It is recommended to consume at 6 - 7 ºC
